CRANBERRY SALAD

So refreshing. It's a beautiful addition to your Thanksgiving plate. When I asked mom where the recipe was, she pointed to her head. I got her to write it down so I could share it with you.

1 can cranberry sauce OR1 Package Fresh Cranberries cooked with 1 C sugar or sugar substitute.   If using fresh cook cranberries until they are soft and split. Let cool in pan.

2 Stalks Celery, chopped fine

1 Apple, diced

1 Lg Package Raspberry Jello, Sugar Free or Regular, prepared but not set up.

1 C Walnuts, diced

1 Can Crushed Pineapple, drained.

Mix all together in large bowl or 9X11 pan. Refrigerate until set up. Serve with whipped cream.
